Dear Blog, it has been a while since I wrote anything. The reason is both a joyful one and a similarly scary. I am happy to let you know that all the coping and the strategies I describe in this blog to help borderlines cope with their disability do pay off in the end. How do I know this? Simple, it has worked for me. Last time I wrote anything on this blog I was talking about various ways to cope with anger and how to manage a relationship. And now thanks to all my effort I am now not only better, but married to a wonderful woman, and is now parent to a pretty little girl. I have come a long way since the discovery of my disease. And I now embark on this new and exciting journey that is marriage. I will be posting everything I can here about married life as a borderline, because As it turns out reading back my writings is a serious coping mechanism that has been taking me through real hard times in the past few months; Just imagine that I had to organize a marriage and the birth of my daughter. She is turning six months now, and I couldn't be happier than today. It is a long journey ahead but I am still amazed at how far I have come. The long days of loneliness are now gone, and the joy of being a parent has replaced it. For whoever you are out there that is dealing with Borderline Personality disorder , I can tell you with assurance that there is hope and light at the end of the tunnel. hang in there your paradise is awaiting.
